Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.
Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To request a return, simply contact us and provide your order number.
The product must be returned in its original condition, complete with its original packaging and all accessories.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
If the product is defective or has been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos showing the issue.
